The News Line: News Parliament Square protest–‘No extradition for Assange’
A section of the demonstration in support of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange outside the Supreme Court in Parliament Square yesterday
‘THERE is only one decision! No Extradition!’ shouted supporters of Julian Assange outside London’s Supreme Court in Parliament Square yesterday.

Nellie Arequipa was with her friends from Ecuador and told News Line: ‘We are here to show our support for Julian Assange. He has shown us the real situation with the USA.
‘As a child I was brought up to believe the USA was the best country for human rights, but now Julian has shown us the reality.

‘He is a hero and I am grateful. If he is charged then it will be a deterrent to all journalists, who will then be put in danger.’
